The AFS distributed filesystem. AFS is a distributed filesystem
allowing cross-platform sharing of files among multiple computers.
Facilities are provided for access control, authentication, backup and
administrative management.
This package provides basic server support to host files in an AFS
Cell.

- implement the vlserver fix from openafs-1.6.14:
- back out patch 1086 (which disabled querying the vldb by regex)
- new patches 1087, 1088 to limit this to admins and fix buffer overflows
