Update release 2.2 of MultiTrack for Linux!

This is the second release of MultiTrack, a harddisk recorder for Linux. The
program can record and playback up to sixteen tracks. Since all recorded
tracks will be directly stored on the harddisk there's no limit to the
length of each track (only the amount of free harddisk space is important).
It is possible to record and playback at the same time if you have two
wavedevices (i.e. two audiocards) or one full-duplex soundcard. The program
has a user friendly interface for manipulation and playback of the recorded
tracks.

Changes since 2.1:
- Full-duplex support.
- Total rewrite of the internal soundcard handling:
  * mixerdevices: not linked to sounddevices anymore.
  * separate vu-meter.
  * audio configuration dialog.
  * synchronization time of two sounddevices can be entered without closing
    MultiTrack (instead of entering it in the prefs file).
  * input and output mixer buttons can be configured.
  * added 8-bit support for playback of sound.
  * switching on/off of TRIGGER support (it seems that fullduplex-devices
    have a problem with this feature).
  * switching on/off of the DSP-channel of the mixer during playback to
    avoid a loud click when the device is opened/closed.
- Added option to reverse the buffer.
- Added a recording vu-meter.
- Added "play intro" feature while recording.
- Added guitar tuner module.
- Added frequency spectrum analyzer.
- Updated tone generation dialog.
- Updated help.
- Fixed a bug that limits the songsize to 999 seconds.
- Fixed a bug making a loud buzz at the start of multitrack.
- Fixed a bug causing multitrack to repeat a small part at the end of a
  song.
