
All:
	Switching from fullscreen to windowed mode (and vice-versa) causes
	the mouse to disappear, since the software and window manager
	cursors are created exlusively.  This is a performance shortcut.

Linux:
	If you remote display to a system of different endianness than the
	one you are running on, then the display colors will be incorrect.

	The GGI back end doesn't compile -- don't use it yet!

Win32:
	The MCI driver can't tell if the CD-ROM drive is paused or stopped.

BeOS:
	SDL_WarpMouse() is not yet implemented

	The CD driver doesn't detect SCSI CD-ROMs yet.

MacOS:  -= NOT YET SUPPORTED =-
	The only things that work are some graphics applications at 16/32 bpp
