The GNU Octave Repository is intended to be a central location for custom scripts, functions and extensions for GNU Octave. If you are interested in helping to develop this site or if you have custom scripts to contribute, you can join the repository mailing list (archives) or simply send a message to: cgijobs@users.sourceforge.net.An alphabetical list of repository functions is now available, as well as a categorical index of most octave and octave forge functions. (For a local copy, download and expand http://octave.sf.net/index.tar.gz).
The octave-forge package contains the source for all the functions plus build and install scripts. These are designed to work with the latest development version of Octave (available from http://www.octave.org/download.html), but most functions will work on earlier versions of Octave including 2.0.x versions.
