Terms and definitions:
Software — the Alt 8 SP operating system program product:
User (End User) — an individual, legal entity or other business entity, as well as a state or municipal body that acquired the License for its own needs not related to the subsequent distribution and provision of sublicenses, or the provision of services using the Software to third parties.
1. ATTENTION! Before installing, copying or using this acquired Software in any other way, read this document, as well as the license documents provided to the end user in print format, carefully. This acquired Software may only be used — namely: installed (installation, reproduction, writing to the computer memory) or copied — on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in the license documents, provided along with the acquired Software in paper or electronic form.
2. This document is related to the Software developed by the Basealt Free Software LLC (Tax ID 7714350892) and the Information Implementation Company JSC (Tax ID 7702157005) (hereinafter — the RIGHTHOLDERS).
3. The effective term of this license agreement shall be equal to the effective term of the license contract, unless otherwise defined in other documents.
4. The territorial extent of this license agreement — the entire world.
5. The Software is a composite work, containing the components that are proprietary solutions of the RIGHTHOLDERS, as well as the components developed by third-party authors, and includes copies of the Software distribution kit and of the operating instructions required for installing, setting-up and using the program, presented on the tangible media included into the product bundle, and is licensed as a whole.
6. The Software's conformance to the security requirements is confirmed by the certificate of FSTEC (Russia's Federal Service for Technology and Export Control), issued in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
7. Violating the RIGHTHOLDERS intellectual property rights to the Software entails civil, administrative or criminal liability under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
8. Acquiring a copy of this Software means acquiring a simple license (a non-exclusive right), which grants you, as the end user, the following rights and limitations related to its use: you have the right to install, run and use the features of the Software according to its intended purpose in the territory of the entire world and for the period set out in the license documents.
9. You are granted this license agreement as an end user and that does not engender right to transfer it to third parties, unless otherwise defined in applicable license documents or a written authorisation of one of the RIGHTHOLDERS.
10. Nevertheless, the components of the composite work may be subject to other conditions provided for in the corresponding license agreements; see the clauses 15–16 of this license agreement.
11. Transfer of the rights to a third party shall be made on the terms set out in the corresponding license document. If this occurs, you shall lose the right to use the Software (unless otherwise defined in the license documents) and shall destroy the remaining archive and backup copies, and the transfer of the rights under the license to the new end user shall involve indicating a new license period.
12. You shall not distribute the Software, namely: you shall not provide third parties with access to the Software reproduced in any format by any means.
13. The number of the Software installation copies is defined in the license documents, yet the Software may be installed on backup computers, which are intended to replace the working ones. The number of concurrent copies of the Software shall not exceed the number of licenses set out in the license documents.
14. You have the right to make no more than one backup copy of the Software and the corresponding operating instructions in order to restore the Software distribution kit in the event of its loss or damage. Such an archive copy shall not be used for any other purpose. The warranty commitments of the RIGHTHOLDERS do not extend to such a copy.
15. In some instances, programs included into the Software may have licenses that limit the user's rights, if this is the case, the user shall abide by the conditions of those licenses.

18. Should you violate the conditions set out in the license documents, you shall lose your right to use the Software, for this purpose you shall stop using the Software and destroy all its copies at your disposal.
19. The RIGHTHOLDERS shall not be liable for any information created or processed when using the Software, as well as for third-party actions, for temporary failures and breaks in the Software operation caused by the faults of technical means used by you for working with the Software, or for any other force majeure situations.
