You should select "Yes" from this window to create a boot floppy.
A boot floppy can be used in an emergency to boot your machine after system damage, as an alternative to installing the Linux boot loader to your hard drive, etc.
A boot disk also contains a minimal set of tools which can be used to help restore a system which has crashed due to power failure, an unfortunate typing error and many other situations.
